    While there are other risks to mitigate with true SaaS, 3rd party maintenance rights aren’t one of them. We’re going through some “wish we didn’t have to do it now” hardware/software upgrades as I’m writing this, and we’ll be planning to take much more into the cloud once these immediate upgrades are off the critical path of client deliverables.
