    Tons of great information here, some I agreed with and some were aha’s! So, thanks for sharing. I have just one comment. You mention how Web presence is slowly degrading in importance relative to social media engagements. By Web presence, do you mean Web site? If so, I guess I would ask what audience you are analyzing to determine they are using social media sites more than a company’s web site. I was reading a Forrester report recently and they had a graph that showed web sites still as the primary resource for information. But, again, perhaps I am misunderstanding what you mean by Web presence.
