I'm the Microsoft EU and NATO person you refer to, and yes, you're right, the mobile version is late because we spend a major effort in moving the Eye On Earth application to the Cloud as this was a priority to better deal with the expected increased workloads. As we plan to continuously evolve the site, we hope to have a mobile version available for the next release, somewhere late 2010 or beginning 2011.
