- Demand for upgrades seem to be down, but one of the trends driving the space seem to be Next generation of product suites: Business suite of SAP & Fusion of Oracle. – Does that mean that they are not seeing demand for upgrades to these next gen suites?
- Support & Maintenance is up, that aligns with the Forrester reports discussed in an earlier post
