		<description>What could be worse than a horrible annus?  Sadly, I think 2010 will be a much more horrible one for SAP.  There is really nothing compelling to drive customer spend at the levels SAP is accustomed to.  There remains a great deal of internal conflict and disagreement between the new guard and old guard, an inability to deliver rapidly on innovations, and a shift in the company&#039;s external culture that is significantly more brusque, taking on more of the personality of Leo as opposed to the relaxed and non-confrontational personality of Henning.  With new competitors, countless companies chipping away around the edges for the add-on and services business, and a general disconnect between price charged and value delivered, I think 2010 is a year for SAP to watch its annus carefully...</description>
