    Brilliant post. Yes an effective IT Governance calls for strong leadership skills in engaging all relevant personnel (stakeholders), managing expectations and clear explanation of why, how and what IT strategy should be aligned to corporate strategy. The rules of the IT governance game should be fair and free from politics that seeks individual selfish gains.
