    Unlike Slack, Microsoft Teams is limited to use within the organization. If you need a product that ties in with vendors and customers, then Microsoft Teams is not an option. Allowing external parties in may be on the Microsoft roadmap, but companies won’t migrate off Slack if online collaboration with vendors and clients is critical.
