    There is absolutely no doubt that the future, atleast the near future, will see a tremendous push towards adoption of chatbots by businesses. (we’ve written more about this here: https://codebrahma.com/chatbots-for-businesses/)
    Well, while the no coding and platform based chatot solutions are getting bigger and more popular, they still lack certain flexibility and control. A SMB wouldn’t want to implement something that they don’t have complete control over, and cannot be moulded into ‘exactly’ what they need, specially if the bot is user facing. (Personal opinion, reinforced by multiple conversations with clients). Will check out QuickStart before forming hard opinions 🙂
