    $326M is a lot to tell you that what people are tweeting about your products.

    Perhaps I missing something more about the radian product.

    Granted using social tools like twitter and facebook (via API) can definitely improve customer relationship – separate from sales cycle.

    I think ‘social tag’ still has a long way to go. Look at the ‘cloud’ Tag- it’s totally mainstream now in 2011
