    Michael – thanks for these great examples of how large services (e.g. daily auto rental) are now small services (e.g. quarter-of-an-hour auto rental) and paid for by a monthly subscription. I agree that this “trend of breaking things into smaller and smaller pieces” will affect the SaaS app business in ways that can only be good for subscribers and the app vendors too.
