It is a fact that a customer whose problem is solved is happier with the service person/company than a customer who didn’t have a problem.
We had the opposite issue on our AMA cruise–low water. It required similar changes to our itinerary (but we got to stay on the ship) and the crew responded amazingly. The captain was on duty for 36 hours straight making sure all was well.
I’d go again on AMA in a heartbeat!

Naomi, we must have been cruise mates because I was on that trip as well! I agree with all of your comments. What a wonderful crew, staff and sites to see. I am so happy we got to see all we did, that we got as far as we did and that we all were safe and sound! Once we finally reach Budapest, the flooding really became a reality! I don’t think before then any of us could have understood the enormity of the issue. I will definitely be cruising with AMA again!
