I’ve been doing ‘webMethods’ development for 12 years (since 2001) and all my contracts are still for integration (flow services, adapters to various ERPs, B2B electronic document exchange). I see a few BPM projects here and there but not too many.

I’m not surprised at that — a lot of the attendees here at the conference are in the same position. Although Software AG is pushing the stories of integration and BPM together, there’s still enormous value in just doing the integration part, and often less disruptive (although also less beneficial) to the business.
