One response to “The Bell Tolls for Old HR and Recruiting Processes”

  1. Haim Toeg

What’s broken about recruiting is not the technology, and enhancing it with further technology solutions will solve nothing. Recruiters have the wrong goals and compensation plans that are plain wrong, hiring managers are not sufficiently involved in what should be the most important decisions of their position and when they are many try to hire clones, finally, HR becomes the enabler of this dysfunction by focusing on bogus metrics (positions filled in time, etc) rather than the quality of candidates. With all due respect to technology, no in-memory database will solve these process and culture problems.
